1. Do All the industrial spares Fully Tested?

  • Yes!  All of the industrial spares which we supply are 100% Fully Tested,   All Spares are sold with a standard 12 months (some spare has 24 Months). We aslo offer supper after-sales service.

2.What does payment Terms & currencies ?
  • inRobots offer PayPal, bank transfers with most major world currencies.  please feel free to chat with inRobots in the website's bottom right, if you have more payment options.
3.Who can i contact if you need after sales service?

4. What is the duration of validity for my quote? 

  • Quotes remain valid for a period of 30 days starting from the day of receiving the quote, unless any alternative timeframe is indicated at the time the quote is provided.

5. How can I purchase products on your website?

7.Why are stock quantities and prices not shown for some products?

  • For products with listed prices, we can directly display pricing and availability due to minimal market fluctuations. However, certain obsolete and hard-to-find industrial automation parts often experience price and stock volatility, making it challenging to provide accurate daily prices on our website. To ensure the best and most precise pricing, our team determines prices based on individual inquiries.

8.Do you provide international shipping services?

  • Yes, with over 15 years of global trade experience, we excel at delivering parts to any corner of the world. The parts you order will be shipped to your factory or company doorstep using services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and more.

9.When will my part arrive?

  • We recognize the significance of transportation speed in part procurement, thus we aim to dispatch within two days after an order is placed. However, the condition of the part and procurement location can influence our dispatch speed.
  • For all online payments, delivery will be aimed within two days after ordering.
  • All delivery time details for inquiries will be clearly stated in your quotation.
